The second wave of the crisis. Myth or Reality?
by admin ·
Very relevant for today the question of whether the second wave of the crisis. Many of this claim with confidence and assert that in 2011 will be the same terrible year, as 2008. To this reasoning, we must be aware of what all did this well-known crisis. The cause of the crisis were no refunds other banks, and then a chain, banks are no longer able to pay their deposits to private clients, hence the affected people.
The activity of banking services in time of crisis has fallen dramatically, in fact, dysfunction of the banking system instantly reflected on the industry, real estate and automotive market, as Most buy cars and apartments is in credit. Can we now say that the scope of banking services to be restored? Definitely yes, now being restored, lending and people with care, but have money to deposit in banks.
But is all so quickly forgotten that it was in 2008? I do not believe that in such a short period of time you can restore full scope of banking servants and give the right and left as many loans to the year 2011 it’s time to give and there was a similar crowd unable to recover these loans. Frankly, I think that the second wave of crisis in 2010 – 2011 – is a myth. And to support the myth must be some arguments, and they sometimes occur. Now reading another forum, I found the post, which transferred another post of the American Banker, who says that now more people unable to pay off the mortgage in the U.S. is approximately the same level as in 2008.
Believe it or not, will decide each for himself, I do not believe it and proved it is already higher. Some reliable information obtained in this case it is very difficult, except that to be the head of a major bank and actually build a picture of analyzing numerous cases of problems are not loans and mortgages, just comparing with the data in 2008. Just so, the Internet, such information will not find, I am talking about statistics, about the facts, not speculation or reviews of bank employees on the forums.
