Maybe the future of Wall Street sharks is a life without neckties or permanent connection. Steve Rubenstein, 42, and Rick Oscher, 43, both traders, are distinguished from other tenants in the building Cipriani, at number 55 on Wall Street for his pink polo, his blue shorts and slippers courts.
