The success stories are important

by admin ·

The success stories in the Forex are crucial to understand the real potential in this sector. But from the moment which does not take much to make up stories to get attention, it is always to deepen the history you are reading. You can not buy a book on Forex and start the day after surgery.

It is necessary to follow the directions carefully, and build their own skills, especially self-confidence. The only thing you can not learn from a trading system is moving forward personal response to the victories and failures.

Most systems recommend forex with money from “false”, ie with the demo accounts. This helps develop the capabilities of each. Anyway, just because money is used “false” the risk is very low, exercising personal capacity only, while the passage to the real trading (real money) will add pressure.

Sterling and investment

by admin ·

Most analysts agree on the fact that if the sovereign credit crisis in the EU continue, sterling would have an advantage over the euro. Furthermore, the quantitative easing, now in the UK is always more improbable, sterling also has an advantage against the dollar. Needless to repeat that the UK is experiencing its risks, but for now the attention is directed elsewhere and this should contribute to the fact that the sterling keep head above water, for the first time in a long time.

Some think it would be necessary to invest in British currency, making some investments in euros or dollars. Considering the strong swings on currency markets and the fact that there is a real possibility that the strength of sterling has recently been shown to favor that currency, then it might be time to reinvest the money itself, or at least a part of it.

Summarizing the first results of my term trading

by admin ·

As I promised, a month went by and I will sum up some of the last month.
So what has changed in the last month? I have stopped trading intranet? – Definitely. But medium-term trader, I also still did not. Judge for yourself – no one deal I did not last 2 days in November, all were closed before. Changed that to five-minute, I almost did not watch, unless things interesting, then once an hour and a half looking at the hourly chart. The deal has not been following closely, I can keep an eye every five minutes.
And the results, and most importantly – the positive. On 21 October, I made 16 trades, 2 losers, the remaining profitable. One deal I let loose a bit more than I usually affords, the second elk was young, in the normal range. The bad news can note two potentially bad day in which a miracle I got out with a profit: yesterday and today. All the fault of the lack of psychological balance, something I worry about these days compromised.

Currencies summary

by admin ·

We’re going to see how far the major currency pairs have moved during the week just ended, even going to provide a kind of performance possible for the next week of trading. Certainly worth noting the request for aid from Ireland, which helps to lose ground to the euro, as investors prefer to go to something more stable.

As for the euro-dollar cross currency, in fact, we see that our currency has steadily lost ground against the dollar this week. About 600 pips were lost in one week, with the fear that the contagion may spread also to Portugal and Spain. For next week we can still expect a trend in favor of U.S. currency, unless strong assurances on the situation in these two countries.

China is improving its exchange rate

by admin ·

We know that all major states and governments of the world, primarily in the United States, began a kind of struggle against China to push the country to a more natural swing in its currency. According to many, in fact, the Eastern country would deliberately holding down the value of its currency to support its exports and, therefore, seek to grow more than other countries.

Yesterday ‘s Assistant Governor of Bank of China, Li Dongrong, has rejected criticism about the slowness with which China is setting up the choices and strategies to get to have a more flexible exchange rate regime, saying that the management of the currency of the country has contributed to global economic stability.

Currency analysis – November 27

by admin ·

EUR / USD

For the day today that this relationship of currencies could consider opening a location in buying if the exchange rate between euro and dollar were to break 1.3380 on the upside of the share, setting the first target for the share and 1.3400 as the second objective 1.3420 share. If, however, the price of the exchange ratio would fall below the break of 1.3240 share, then we could open a position in sales by placing the first target for 1.3220 share and 1.3200 share for the second goal.

by admin ·

What are exotic currency?

Are practically the currencies that are not common in the forex market. Usually come from exotic currencies of developing countries, as some parts of Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa. It is easier to operate in exotic currency trading since the market does not have the same amount of activity for exotic currencies to the Majors.

Major currencies traded most frequently are some, such as the U.S. dollar (USD), euro (EUR) Japanese Yen (JPY), British sterling (GBP) and Swiss franc (CHF). Some also include the Australian dollar (AUD) between the major currencies, although generally considered minor. They also lower the dollar exchange canada (CAD) and the New Zealand dollar (NZD).
