The Power Of Mind

by Margarett ·

How many times have you tried to break bad habits and after several attempts to “strip the towel” giving up?

How often have you said you want to change a behavior, and the difficulty of change is larger than the hopes of a better life? It is possible that your mind control you instead of you controlling your mind.

When you finish reading this article, you will have a clear idea of how your mind works, how to use their power and autosuggestion to break old habits and regain control of your life.

What is mind?

What is mind? Do you know what part of your body is? If you do these questions to those who teach about the mind, you will receive many answers. The Christian Science tells us that mind is God. Many Psychologists tell us that the mind is a mental part of man. Others tell us that is part of the soul. ” But what is the human mind?

For purposes of study, this is the definition I like:

Mind is the name given to the activities of the cells in your brain. It is not a physical part
you.

Let me give you an example: you can have high blood pressure, but there is an organ in your body that is called high blood pressure, this is just an activity that describes how fast the blood is traveling through your veins. In the same way the mind is an organ, is just the name given to the activities of the cells in your brain.

So if someone tells you you’re losing your mind, answer him that you do not have one ;-)

The human mind (the function of the cells in your brain) is divided into several parts, and about the most you’ve heard are the conscious and the subconscious mind.

You are the creator and operator of Your Mind

You receive prints of your surroundings through the senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch). When you decide to accept or entertain an idea, a thought or a new image, are creating new connections in your brain cells that never existed before, and now work in connection with that idea.

In your brain there are millions and millions of brain cells without any content, waiting to be used by you. That’s why you heard that we only use less than 10% of our brain power.

Your mind and your brain, through the years has been shaped according to the concepts and ideas with which you choose to associate or identify …. You are creating your mind daily.

Edward Okey, what you have to see the power of the mind with my habits? I figured you were going to ask me … and here I give you the answer …

What you have in your mind is creating your life

Through the power of your mind, you have the ability to accept or reject any idea or image you get from your environment and with more emotions while entertain, with greater intensity the grave on your subconscious mind later became programs or difficult habits to break that are controlling the decisions you make, what they accomplished, and even your lifestyle.

Each person, that includes you, has free will (your ability to choose how to act or think), but after thinking chosen approach (auto) and repeatedly act in a particular skill, a habit is formed and as you feel do not have the free will that you used to form it. Now this habit dominates you.

If you want to change bad habits and improve your results, then obviously you have to change your thinking and change your thinking you change the activity of the cells in your brain: Your mind!

I’ve always said:

“You’re doing to your mind and you’re doing it to you. Become responsible
what you decide to accept in your mind as this is creating your current reality. ”

How to Create New Habits and regain control of Your Life

  • Choose what habit you want to create. For example, if you’re in the area of sales and have the habit of not making calls and wasting time, you establish the habit of calling prospects every day in May.
  • Think you’ll get three benefits as a result of creating this new habit. Can be able to go on vacation, buy a new car, pay your debts, etc.. See yourself enjoying the fruits of that habit. This is an extremely effective process of self-suggestion and if you do it well and consistently, we will send a message to your subconscious that this action brings pleasure and soon will become part of the program to be running your life.
  • Pay the initial price: Creating a habit has a price, and is the price you pay every time you made one: Thought continuous (auto) and constant action related to that habit that you want to be. Commit to do so for at least 21 days and you will notice that at the end of that period, the new habit will be yours and you’re ready to move to the next.
  • We are creatures of habit. They, in the form of programs are running our lives. If you follow this process, you will feel in control and that you are the programmer. Your life will be the same.

The subconscious is the most fertile garden of the universe. Use the power of your conscious mind to cultivate good habits and I assure you reap fruits of success, prosperity and abundance.

obama-gloriaThe media war against the Cuban revolution is, of course, new; has fifty years of uninterrupted experience. Have been common also other mechanisms of aggression, including acts of terror and the introduction of diseases to our population. Facts are clearly reprehensible crimes of peace (in the dirty war) who can not, however, to reach justice. Entrusted to the ephemeral global memory and distraction generated by the event itself informative, saturated spectacular elements while uncritical. Cultural industry meets only itself.
