About Rights

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

We know very little about life, and therefore tend only guess … And guess might be different … Take the same genes – in fact they recorded virtually all information about a person – from what it would be before he gets in his old age … Moreover, – Mind and other garbage – that, too – without any evidence. After all, man can not control almost anything from your body – NOTHING. Starting from the simplest – such as give orders to speed up hair growth or increase the rate of digestion and finishing order of the body, for example – to grow a leg to replace the lost … NOTHING. The body lives by its own laws – itself supplies the air, require and digesting food (Producing it with nutrients), fights with microbes, heals wounds, toxins, etc.

The Gulf oil spill may reach Spain in less than a year

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

gulf

This phrase is from Jean-Michel Cousteau, son of the legendary French underwater explorer, in a great interview for the newspaper El Mundo . Cousteau has spent many discharges, moved to Santa Barbara, one year before the oil spill that California city suffered in 1969. Documented the Exxon Valdez 20 years ago, and the Prestige, for eight. It is now about to make his third expedition to the Gulf of Mexico from which sank the rig Deepwater Horizon, where he will talk with BP on possible solutions.

A Theory of Justice built from common sense

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

justice

“Understanding inevitably involves reasoning. We have to “read” what we feel and what seems to see, and ask what show these perceptions and how we can take them into account without being overwhelmed by them. “

Amartya Sen. “The idea of justice”

A large part of the theories of justice have considered the nature of perfect justice, while they have ignored the improvement and overcoming injustice in the historical and social contexts. Amartya Sen proposes a practical reasoning that enables us to reduce injustice and towards justice, rather than targeted solely to the company perfectly fair characterization.

Thoughts after the fall of the curtain

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

curtainWhen my outrage grows as the cheeks become tense and I feel a heat in them than that experienced in the rest of the body. I do not see, and therefore do not know if I have any type of color in them. This may be because I have no strict control over my emotions, I have to comfort me, because that is what often characterized, among others, children and youth.

As I was sitting on the couch, focusing on Zapatero’s speech today in Congress and in the subsequent intervention Rajoy have experienced that feeling again, over the last words when he spoke.

Structural crisis and economic crisis

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

With this title I want to make a review of what I consider change of structural trend in the global economy.

Moments of crisis are moments of reflection and situations referred to study the problems that underlie the short term economic situations.

Without going into the analysis of the current crisis throughout the West, and particularly acute in Spain, I believe important to note the profound reversal of the economy of the West. It’s what I call structural crisis or economic decline.

The Exercise Of Power In Difficult Times Of Change

by Ruiz-Diaz ·

Political analysis

Nothing sounds more rude that the word corruption in a country where the practice was the Colorado Party that ruled uninterrupted 60 years and whose legacy is a country mired in poverty.

Nothing generates so much outrage as the repetition of such defects as a common practice of those who exercise power through the civil service.

Nothing generates so much irritation as the reaction of senior corporate officials to defend the accused, citing rehmannia conspiraticias theories.
